At a glance

Kalodata pricing starts at $45.90 a month for Starter and $99.90 for Professional, according to Kalodata's own blog. Enterprise is priced on request. The official pricing page only opens once you have an account. Every new account gets a 7-day free trial with no credit card. Kalodata is also one of the tools included in SpyBox.

How we checked

Prices and features come from each vendor's official pricing and help pages, read on the date given in the article, from Europe and the US when prices differ. We did not run hands-on tests for this article. SpyBox publishes this page and earns money from its subscription, which includes the tools marked In SpyBox.

Kalodata pricing is harder to check than most tools. On 5 November 2026, kalodata.com/pricing sent visitors without an account to the sign-up form. The figures below come from what Kalodata publishes elsewhere: its blog, its help center and its App Store listing. When a number only appears on third-party review sites, the page says so.

What is Kalodata?

Kalodata is a TikTok Shop analytics tool run by Kalowave Technology Co., Limited. It estimates what sells on TikTok Shop and who sells it, with sections for products, shops, creators, videos and ads, and livestreams. Its homepage claims data on 200M+ products, 250M+ creators and 400M+ videos and livestreams, with 1,000 days of history.

Coverage is limited to 15 TikTok Shop countries, according to Kalodata's help center: the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Brazil, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, the Philippines, Singapore and Japan.

Two points from Kalodata's own FAQ are worth reading before you pay:

  • Kalodata says it is independent of TikTok, with no affiliation to TikTok, TikTok Shop or ByteDance.
  • The sales figures are estimates, built from public data and AI models. Kalodata itself warns against using them where high precision matters, such as commission settlements.

Kalodata pricing: how much does it cost in 2026?

Kalodata costs $45.90 a month for Starter and $99.90 a month for Professional, according to a Kalodata blog post last updated on 10 August 2026. Enterprise has no public price. Prices are in US dollars, checked on 5 November 2026.

The yearly prices come from third-party reviews such as TipsOnBlogging (updated 27 September 2026), which put the discount at about 17%; no public Kalodata page confirms them. Enterprise requests go through Charm, a Kalodata business partner.

Why Kalodata prices differ from one site to another

You will find at least three price grids online:

  • The web plans above, from Kalodata's blog.
  • The App Store grid. Kalodata's iPhone app sells monthly plans through Apple at other prices: Starter at $49.99, two Professional entries at $99.99 and $179.99, and country plans such as UK Standard at $89.99 (US App Store, 5 November 2026).
  • Older or unclear figures: another Kalodata post (updated 17 August 2026) says Professional plans "start at $33.1/Month" without naming the billing period.

Before you pay, open the pricing page once logged in and compare it with the table above.

What the plan limits mean in practice

Starter suits one person researching a few niches: 90 days of data shows whether a product is rising or fading. Professional matters if you work with creators at scale, with 500 shops or creators per search instead of 10. Third-party reviews add that it includes creator contact exports and one sub-account.

Credits are counted apart from searches. Kalodata's help center says advanced features such as product detail insights and buyer review analysis cost credits per use, and extra credits can be bought on the pricing page. It also sets three billing rules:

  • To move from Starter to Professional, you buy Professional, then ask support to refund what is left of your Starter membership.
  • You can only cancel on a computer, under Settings, My Account, Subscription Management.
  • Kalodata states a no-refund policy.

Is there a Kalodata free trial?

Yes. Every new Kalodata account gets a 7-day free trial, with no credit card. The help center says it starts automatically when you register, without activation or payment, and a badge in the top right corner counts the days left. Kalodata lists no permanent free plan: after 7 days, you choose a paid plan or stop.

Seven days pass quickly, so plan them:

  1. Before you sign up, write down two or three niches and your TikTok Shop country.
  2. On day one, sort each niche's products by recent sales growth and save a shortlist.
  3. Open the creators, videos and lives behind each product to see who sells it and how.
  4. On the last day, decide whether 90 days of history is enough (Starter) or you need 180 days and creator exports (Professional).

Is there a working Kalodata promo code?

Kalodata accepts promo codes: its help center says you apply them at checkout. On 5 November 2026, though, none of Kalodata's public pages listed a code. The codes on review blogs are usually personal codes tied to the writer, and Kalodata runs an affiliate program for creators, which explains why so many pages push one. This page lists no Kalodata code, because none could be confirmed with Kalodata.

The documented ways to pay less are:

  • the 7-day free trial, to test before paying anything;
  • yearly billing, about 17% below the monthly price according to third-party reviews;
  • getting Kalodata inside a bundle such as SpyBox, covered below.

Kalodata review: who it's for, and who should skip it

Kalodata is worth it if TikTok Shop is your main sales channel and you sell in one of its 15 countries. It is a poor fit if you sell on Shopify with Meta ads and have no TikTok Shop plans.

Kalodata suits you if:

  • you sell on TikTok Shop, or plan to, and want to see which products already sell before you order stock;
  • you are a TikTok Shop affiliate looking for products to promote, since Kalodata shows the commission rates offered to creators;
  • you run a brand and want creators who already sell in your category.

You should probably skip it if:

  • you run a Shopify store with Facebook and Instagram ads: an ad spy tool or a store tracker will serve you better (see our guide to dropshipping spy tools);
  • your TikTok Shop market is not one of the 15 countries above;
  • you need exact figures, for example to pay creator commissions, since Kalodata itself calls its numbers estimates.

Kalodata in SpyBox

Kalodata is included in SpyBox, a desktop app for Windows and Mac that gives access to 35 e-commerce and AI tools with one subscription, for €29.99 a month or €249.99 a year. You pick Kalodata in the app, click Launch, and it opens already signed in. Access starts right after payment, and you can cancel anytime from your account.

A workflow that chains three tools in the app:

  1. Find a product in Kalodata: search a niche, sort by recent sales and note which creators sell it.
  2. Check the ads in PiPiAds: look the product up and see how long its TikTok ads have been running.
  3. Make your own ads in SpyBox Crea: packshots, promo images and AI UGC videos, paid with SpyBox's monthly credits. The Credits page lists the cost of each action.

The SpyBox MCP also plugs Kalodata into Claude and other AI assistants that support MCP, on the same monthly credits.

FAQ

Is Kalodata worth it?

Yes, if you sell or promote products on TikTok Shop in one of its 15 countries: it shows which products, creators and videos drive sales, from $45.90 a month. If you sell through a Shopify store with Meta ads, another spy tool fits better. The 7-day trial lets you decide first.

Is Kalodata free?

No. Kalodata has no permanent free plan. New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no credit card, which starts when you register. After that you need Starter ($45.90 a month), Professional ($99.90) or Enterprise, according to Kalodata's blog. Kalodata is also included in the SpyBox subscription.

Does Kalodata work in my country?

Kalodata covers TikTok Shop data from 15 countries, including the US, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Mexico, Brazil and Japan. Belgium, Switzerland, Canada and Australia are not on the list. Its help center says coverage will grow as TikTok Shop expands. In the tool, the flag icon at the top right switches country.

How accurate is Kalodata's data?

Kalodata's numbers are estimates. The company collects public data, refines it with AI models, and warns that transaction amounts and ad spend can differ from real figures. Use it to compare products and spot trends. Kalodata itself advises against using its data where precision matters, such as settling creator commissions.

Can I cancel Kalodata anytime?

Yes, under Settings, My Account, Subscription Management, but only on a computer, according to Kalodata's help center. Kalodata states a no-refund policy, so cancel before your next billing date if you do not want to renew. The 7-day trial asks for no payment details.

Kalodata or FastMoss?

Both track TikTok Shop products, shops, creators and lives. Kalodata starts at $45.90 a month and covers 15 countries; FastMoss starts at $69 ($62 the first month) and claims 20 markets. Both offer a 7-day trial without a card, so test one after the other. Only Kalodata is included in SpyBox.
